Once upon a time, in a refugee camp, a girl was born. She was persuaded that there was no hope and that dreams were nothing but nightmares. Her family was given the opportunity to immigrate to the United States when her life took a dramatic turn. She barely knew anything outside of her little camp; America was so unreachable. She relocated, and her aspirations then started. It was no longer a daydream; she felt as if it might truly happen. She met extraordinary individuals who encouraged her, and her dream started flourishing. What once was a daydream is now a reality. I am that girl who now is a woman, and I wanted to share with you a little piece of my life. Because of you I am here today. Due to the support, I receive from you.
